ARF6 (ADP-ribosylation Factor 6)
Supplier US Biological
ADP-Ribosylation Factor 6 (ARF6) is a GTP-binding protein that functions as a regulator of cytoskeleton remodeling and endocytic recycling. ARF6 is an allosteric activator of cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase. It may also be involved in the modulation of vesicle budding and uncoating with the Golgi apparatus.||Applications:|Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
