All JUN Transcription factor Jun antibodies

JUN is a transcription factor that belongs to the AP-1 family of transcription factors. It is encoded by the JUN gene in humans. JUN is primarily an activator of transcription, but in certain cellular and genomic contexts can also function as a transcriptional repressor. There are two other members of the Jun protein family, JunB and JunD.
JUN is involved in many cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and transformation. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses. JUN has been shown to be overexpressed in multiple genetic subtypes of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
